IZZY HESSLER

STUDIOIzzy Hessler (b. West Chester, PA) is a designer based in Brooklyn, New York. Her multi-disciplinary practice has a core focus in garments & textile design, born out of a curiosity for fiber science, sustainable textile engineering, and environmental design.  She received a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Fibers and Material Studies at Temple University's Tyler School of Art, and is currently working as a textile developer and color technician for Dyenamix, Inc. in New York City.

2023- Present: Textile Developer and Color Technician - Dyenamix Inc., New York, NY.
This position involves developing samples, custom color-matching, and repeat design & adaptation using Adobe software. It’s a small team, so tasks extend across departments; there is regular communication with clients, project management & suppliers.
